Meet the Doctors

  • Corey A. Osborne, DC, DIBAK, DCBCN, DCCN

'At an early age, I have seen the miracle of chiropractic, even in myself.  Growing up, I suffered from severe hospitalized asthma, poor immune system, and chronic severe headaches.  After trying all that conventional medicine had to offer, my parents took me to our local chiropractor.  Since starting a treatment plan and following through, not only have I never been hospitalized for asthma again, I have no symptoms.  My immune system is strong and rarely do I ever get Headaches.  Thus, at an early age, I have known what a life changing experience chiropractic can have for a patient and have continued to witness miracle after miracle.”

In late 2019, he became a member of the ICAK USA Education Committee and then in October 2020, he took a seat as Member at Large on the Board of Directors of ICAK USA.

Dr. Osborne graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in the winter of 2000 with a BS in human biology and a doctorate in chiropractic. He has continued his education gaining diplomate status in Clinical Nutrition and Applied Kinesiology as well as certificates in Chinese Acupuncture and Functional Medicine. In May 2021, he became a Level 3 Certified NET Practitioner. He is currently pursuing his diplomate in Clinical Neurology, certification in Quantum NeurologyTM and also working on an Advance Practice Certificate in Mind/Body Medicine through Thomas Jefferson University. While at Logan College of Chiropractic, Dr. Osborne also found he excelled at radiology and was given the award of excellence for his performance in the radiology field.

Dr. Osborne is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is also licensed and board certified in the State of Illinois. In addition, he is very active within his profession and has been published for research in the area of advanced imaging and was the first chiropractor ever published in the journal of manipulation and physical therapeutics on the topic of syringomyelia, a condition in which a fluid-filled cyst develops within the spinal cord.

Dr. Osborne founded Osborne Family Chiropractic in January of 2000 in Coal City, IL, and moved his practice to O’Fallon, IL in the fall of 2002 to be closer to family.  He was one of the first doctors to bring Functional Medicine to the O'Fallon, IL area and has since dedicated his practice to the advancement of treating patients with chronic conditions.

Dr. Osborne has stayed active in the community with the local chamber of commerce and his church.  He and his wife are excited to one day raise a family in the community that has been so good to him.

  • Emily S. Meyer, DC

In high school, I fell in love with chemistry and the way the body works. I started out studying pharmaceutical sciences from MCPHS University (Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences) intending to do drug research and development. I ended up switching to get a degree in Biochemistry at UMBC, where something clicked. In September 2018, I began taking neuroscience courses at Logan University, which is when I truly gained a deeper understanding of the body. I fell in love with neuroscience early on and started studying functional neurology through the Carrick Institute.

Dr. Emily Meyer is originally from the bay area of Maryland. While in school, she worked part-time at a family chiropractic office which led her to enroll at Logan University in St. Louis, MO. She recently graduated in December 2021. She is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She is also licensed and board certified in the State of Illinois along with being certified in Chiropractic Acupuncture.

Dr. Emily Meyer is currently enrolled in the Clinical Neuroscience Program and Neurodevelopmental Disorders through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. Over the next few years, she plans on becoming a Board-Certified Functional Neurologist. She is also currently undergoing Applied Kinesiology and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) studies.

In February 2022, Dr. Emily Meyer joined the practice. Not only will she will bring advanced Neurological equipment (Right EyeTM) and techniques, she will also bring a nurturing quality that will round out the Osborne Family Chiropractic experience.

She resides in Lebanon, IL with her husband and step-daughter.
