Meet the Doctors

  • Corey A. Osborne, DC, DIBAK, DCBCN, DCCN, QNCP

'At an early age, I have seen the miracle of chiropractic, even in myself.  Growing up, I suffered from severe hospitalized asthma, poor immune system, and chronic severe headaches.  After trying all that conventional medicine had to offer, my parents took me to our local chiropractor.  Since starting a treatment plan and following through, not only have I never been hospitalized for asthma again, I have no symptoms.  My immune system is strong and rarely do I ever get Headaches.  Thus, at an early age, I have known what a life changing experience chiropractic can have for a patient and have continued to witness miracle after miracle.”

In late 2019, he became a member of the ICAK USA Education Committee and then in October 2020, he took a seat as Member at Large on the Board of Directors of ICAK USA.

Dr. Osborne graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in the winter of 2000 with a BS in human biology and a doctorate in chiropractic. He has continued his education gaining diplomate status in Clinical Nutrition and Applied Kinesiology as well as certificates in Chinese Acupuncture and Functional Medicine. In May 2021, he became a Level 3 Certified NET Practitioner. In June 2022, Dr. Osborne became a Quantum Neurology Certified Practitioner. He is currently pursuing his diplomate in Clinical Neurology. Starting October 2022, he began studying Contact Reflex Analysis, or CRA.

Dr. Osborne is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is also licensed and board certified in the State of Illinois. In addition, he is very active within his profession and has been published for research in the area of advanced imaging and was the first chiropractor ever published in the journal of manipulation and physical therapeutics on the topic of syringomyelia, a condition in which a fluid-filled cyst develops within the spinal cord. While at Logan College of Chiropractic, Dr. Osborne also found he excelled at radiology and was given the award of excellence for his performance in the radiology field.

Dr. Osborne founded Osborne Family Chiropractic in January of 2000 in Coal City, IL, and moved his practice to O’Fallon, IL in the fall of 2002 to be closer to family.  He was one of the first doctors to bring Functional Medicine to the O'Fallon, IL area and has since dedicated his practice to the advancement of treating patients with chronic conditions.

Dr. Osborne has stayed active in the community with the local chamber of commerce and his church.  He and his wife are excited to one day raise a family in the community that has been so good to him.

  • Carmen Jacoby, DC

'My personal experience in chiropractic is simple, it's mostly all I have ever known. At an early age, I watched my mom go to the chiropractor for severe back pain after not being able to pick up my new baby sister. After a few visits she was well and able. This impacted me, along with my own story of chiropractic care for headaches and spine care. This led me on an early journey in high school visiting the Chiropractic college and deciding that I was going to become a Chiropractor. After many decades of chiropractic practice experience, wisdom, and seeing countless patients benefit from the transformative effects of chiropractic treatment, my passion for patient care and education has been now a lifelong dedication.'

Dr. Carmen attended Southern Illinois University-Carbondale for Pre-Med and also obtained her Bachelor of Science from Excelsior University. Her Chiropractic education was at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield,MO., where she received a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 1993. After graduating and becoming Board Certified by the National Chiropractic Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and Professional Board of Examiners in Illinois, her chiropractic journey began and to this day, continues.

During Dr. Jacoby's educational experience, she has become proficient in several Chiropractic techniques, to include a few; Diversified techniques, Activator Methods/Instrument Techniques, AK, SOT, Soft Tissue Techniques. Over the years, she has completed several continuing education seminars and training to earn certifications. In 2003, she earned a certification in Acupuncture, 2008, she earned a certification in Pediatrics, and in 2015, she earned a certificate for Rehab and Therapeutic Exercises. Dr. Jacoby has attended many seminars on Functional Nutrition and Women's health and is currently undergoing NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) and Functional Medicine training.

As a parent of two amazing daughters, Dr. Jacoby had the honor of giving both their first chiropractic adjustments at birth! Growing up Chiropractic is a lifestyle of faith and family that she hopes to share with your family and the community.

It is her pleasure to join this esteemed practice and hopes to excel in the same quality of care and wellness that you know.

  • Nolan J. Wright, DC

'Growing up in a family of medical providers, which included a neurologist, nurse, emergency medicine, and four pharmacists, I thought my path would take me to medical school like so many of my family before me. As I made my way through undergrad, I soon realized the challenges in allopathic medicine, seeking a more holistic mindset to patient care. Despite being from the city that gave birth to chiropractic care, I never truly appreciated what chiropractors can do for their patients until I became a chiropractor myself. Since I began my chiropractic journey in 2021, I have continuously furthered my knowledge of chiropractic, applied kinesiology, and functional medicine to help my patients live healthy and happy lives.'

Dr. Nolan Wright graduated from Drake University with a BA in Biology and Philosophy in 2021. Soon after this, he started his chiropractic journey at Logan University. With a passion for exercise, he originally thought that he wanted to only treat athletes, until he met our very own Dr. Osborne on Logan’s campus one day. Since then, he had regularly been shadowing Dr. Osborne at the clinic, learning everything he could about applied kinesiology and functional medicine so he could treat a chronically ill population that needed care the most.

While in school, Dr. Wright pursued a wide variety of techniques so that he could help a wider array of problems that walk into his office. These include Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture, Neuro Emotional Technique, Quantum Neurology, and Sacral-Occipital Technique. In 2024 he started studying Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA) and Systems Health Care (SHC) with the founders of the techniques themselves! He is also bringing in a brand-new technique called SAAT to the clinic. Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment, SAAT, is one of the most effective techniques for treating allergies!

Even with all the extra time spent studying these techniques outside of the classroom, Dr. Wright managed to graduate from Logan College at the top of his class with Suma Cum Laude December 2024. Having passed all his board exams, even receiving a perfect score on his acupuncture boards, we are excited to welcome Dr. Wright and his wide array of knowledge to our practice to help Dr. Osborne and Dr. Jacoby bring even greater care to our patients.
